CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

We teach various forms of meditation and yoga to complement our healing services. 

Some of our offerings include Mindfulness meditation, Sound meditation, iRest Yoga Nidra meditation, Christian meditation, Vinyasa/Flow, Restorative, Yin, Hatha, Gentle Style, Prenatal, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Somatic movements.

 

 

GENTLE FLOW

This gentle flow is designed to help you release stress from the mind, ground your spirit, and open the body while exploring various yoga postures with the support of props.

 

This is a great class for beginners and those who are looking to slow down the pace.

FLOW & MEDITATE

This gentle class utilizes meditation as a tool to center and ground yourself when you need clarity, rest, and/or healing.

 

This class will begin with gentle flow and wind down with a guided meditation.

FAITH & FLOW

This gentle flow focuses on utilizing your mind, body, and faith to raise your level of consciousness, reconnect with God, and heal mentally, spiritually, and physically.

 

This is a great class for beginners and those who would like to lead with their faith.

YIN FLOW

This gentle class is designed to address tension and stress in body. 

 

This class will begin with a 30-min yin practice, followed by 20-mins of gentle flow and a long final relaxation..

VINYASA FLOW

This energizing  flow is designed to help you awaken the body, focus the mind and replenish your spirit. 

 

This class moves at a moderate pace allowing time for mental and physical shifts and transitions.

Explore various types of meditation classes designed to help you destress, heal, reconnect, and relax the mind, body, spirit. 

 

Meditation classes may begin with breath work and intention setting followed by 30-mins of guided meditation

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

This yoga workshop is a great option for those who are new to yoga or want to refresh their practice. Be sure to reserve your spot. We keep this workshop and intimate so the teacher can work with students on proper alignment and offer more individualized attention. 

Registration is required for this 4-week workshop series.

CUSTOMIZED WORKSHOPS

Let us assist you with designing a workshop to fit the needs of your organization.  

 

We also customize quarterly SAGE workshops to educate and provide tools to aid in healing various health concerns, such as:

  • Anxiety, PTSD, or mental imbalance

  • Pain management

HEALING FOR STRESS & TRAUMA

Trauma sensitive yoga workshop series draws on theory from neuroscience that yoga may assist with developing more comfort in the body and improve self-regulation skills by

encouraging awareness and positive regard for the body through gentle movement and simple breathing exercises.

 Participants are empowered to make their own choices about how they wish to move their own bodies based on how they feel.  This workshop series is an intimate and private offering for those who are dealing with grief, loss, stress, social and health trauma, and PTSD.  

 

Registration is required  for this 4-week workshop series.
