YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
This yoga workshop is a great option for those who are new to yoga or want to refresh their practice. Be sure to reserve your spot. We keep this workshop and intimate so the teacher can work with students on proper alignment and offer more individualized attention.

HEALING FOR STRESS & TRAUMA
Trauma sensitive yoga workshop series draws on theory from neuroscience that yoga may assist with developing more comfort in the body and improve self-regulation skills by
encouraging awareness and positive regard for the body through gentle movement and simple breathing exercises.
Participants are empowered to make their own choices about how they wish to move their own bodies based on how they feel. This workshop series is an intimate and private offering for those who are dealing with grief, loss, stress, social and health trauma, and PTSD.
