Are You Getting a Good Night's Rest?


Did you know that there are natural remedies available to help us sleep better at night?


Chamomile tea is a popular go-to for rest and relaxation. The wonderful thing about herbs are the multiple forms in which you can use them.


Did you know that inhaling the essential oil can also help promote sleep by inducing calmness and drowsiness? And by inhaling, we mean literally placing the oil under your nose for a whiff. Inhale using a calming breath for added relaxation.
